SMD PARTS COUNTER GIT-SPC02
This SMD component counter adopts the photoelectric sensing principle. Based on the corresponding relationship between the sprocket holes of component carrier tapes and electronic components, it performs data processing via dedicated processing chips and large-scale integrated circuits. Featuring zero counting error, the device can accurately tally SMD components and enable fast and convenient counting. It serves as an efficient auxiliary device for SMT material management.
Compatible with SMD materials including capacitors, resistors, diodes, IC chips, inductors, USB connectors and LED beads in package sizes of 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, 2010 and 2512. Available for carrier tapes with pitch of 1,2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 16, 24, 32, 44 and 56 mm.
It adopts fully automatic counting for components to simplify material checking and issuing operations. The uniquely designed anti-drop structure prevents carrier tape from falling off and minimizes damage to the tape. Counting is supported in both forward directions. It features preset quantity function, high-precision counting, leakage detection and residual material auto-stop, delivering zero counting error.
