The machine is a manually operated Pin Header Cutting Tool designed to accommodate pin headers with pitches of 1.27mm, 2.0mm, and 2.54mm. It supports a variety of configurations including single-row, double-row, triple-row, L-shaped, and straight-type pin headers.
Note:
Different cutting dies must be used depending on the pin pitch (2.54mm, 2.0mm, or 1.27mm). To adjust for varying pin counts, the operator can reconfigure the washers and blades accordingly.
Blade and shim positioning can be adjusted by the operator to achieve cuts for various pin counts.
